Manufacturer warranty

All products offered for sale on nfoutlet.com are new and by default covered with manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). Manufacturers warranty covers defects in frame manufacturing and materials for the period of one year from the date of purchase. In addition, it is available extended 5-years warranty, for extra charge.

Extended 5-years warranty

Nationwide Furniture Outlet offers extended warranty, for extra charge. Extended warranty is an addition to manufacturer Warranty and does not cover the defects and damages covered by Manufacturer Warranty.

Our extended warranty provides coverage for Accidental Stains and Damage, Structural Failures as described below.

Coverage for stains

Under extended warranty are covered accidental stains of single occurrence, caused by:

  • spills of food and beverages, normally consumed by humans;
  • grass,
  • grease,
  • nailcare and beauty products.

Stains characterized by gradual accumulation of dirt (body grease, dust, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.

Coverage for damage

Extended warranty covers the following accidental damage:

  • rips,
  • tears,
  • burns,
  • punctures.

Coverage for structural failures

Extended 5-years warranty covers the following structural failures:

  • Structural and component failure happened under normal regular residential use
  • Checking, cracking, bubbling of the coatings
  • Loss of silvering
  • Separation of seams
  • Zippers failure
  • Torn buttons and tufting

Coverage limit


Total value of coverage under Extended Warranty is limited to $25,000.

Claim report time


All claims should be reported within 30 days after you discover the damage. Claims received after the 30 days of discovering damage will not be accepted.

What will be provided under Extended Warranty Plan

After claim is received, you will be provided with repair advice, and/or repair tools to perform the repair by your own. If the damage covered by this plan is still exists, will be arranged a repair by a qualified technician. In case if repair should be performed off-site, damaged product will be taken and returned to you with no cost. In case if the repair is impossible due to the absence of required matching fabrics, materials or parts, it is possible to provide you with cash settlement, which in all cases should not exceed the current retail price of a replacement product, similar to its kind and quality. In case if replacement is higher in value than original item, you will be responsible to pay difference in price. Amount of cash settlement is decided by service center.
