Damage Policy

There always exists a chance (no more than 1% of orders) of damage of ordered items. There are two different types of damage that should be perceived differently: Visible and Concealed Damages.

Visible damage

Under visible damage should be understood the visible damage of the packaging, which, may or may not affect the condition of the ordered items. In case if you noticed damage of the packaging, make sure to reflect it on the delivery slip you sign, regardless of the size of the ordered items. Please carefully inspect the packaging of the order upon arrival, remember it is solely your responsibility to check the condition of the packaging, if you will not note the damages on the delivery slip, it will be harder to process your claim in future. If you observe severe damage of the packaging, please refuse the delivery from the freight shipment provider. In case of any damage, kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Nevertheless we accept visible damage claims within 72 hours after order arrived, but requires your full cooperation in providing high quality pictures and arrangement of inspection provided by the freight carrier.

Concealed damage

Under concealed damage should be understood the following situation: packaging was intact upon delivery, but after removing the packaging it was discovered that the ordered items have damages or manufacturer defects. It is highly important to report revealed damages as soon as possible, more time passed after the delivery occurred, harder will be to process your claim with the carrier company. Concealed damage claims can be received within 48 hours time frame from the time of delivery with no exceptions. After the claim was reported, general rules for visible damage apply.

Save the packaging

In any case, whatever type of damage occurred, save the packaging. Any claim will be voided in case of lost or discarded packaging.

Always cooperate

In order to process the damage claim we need your cooperation. Refusal of cooperation will void the claim.

Compensation and Repairs

After the damage is confirmed, the repair service will be arranged to restore 100% original condition of the ordered items. Repair service includes provision of repairs and all necessary materials and replacement parts. In case of refusal for repair and opting for returning the order, for partial or full refund, our return policy come in force.
