    Cancellation Policy

    In case when cancellation request is received before shipment/start of manufacturing there is zero charge for order cancelation. After your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. All charges related with cancellations on your order will be deducted from your refund. All cancellations should be authorized in advance.

    Custom order items are not subject for cancelation. These order sales are final, cannot cancelled or refunded with no exceptions.
