Poplar solids and cherry veneers have been beautifully crafted to make the D189 Dining Set, which is characterized by its masterful carvings and beautiful accents. If you want to see a fine example of master craftsmanship just look at the top of this round dining table. The woods and veneers have been expertly maneuvered to make patterns that'show off the beautiful grains. There is a plethora of finishes all of which shine in glory. The frame around the circumference appeared to be burl. All of this is embraced by a circular rope of etched wood. The legs on the pedestal base appear to have carved leaf designs. This table will compliment a host of decors and is not singled out to be one particular style. Continuing the elegance of the dining table are the four side chairs, all of which feature cabriole legs, and generously upholstered seats and backs. The patterned upholstery adds charm to the chairs, which also flaunt an intricately carved motif at the top.
