    Shipping Policy - NFOUTLET

    Nationwide Furniture Outlet offers several shipping options: Standard Curbside, Indoor Delivery and White Glove.

    Note for all shipping options: Kindly ask you to thoughtfully check the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. Please note down every imperfection of the packaging. Any damages reported after signing the delivery slip, will not be subject to any disputes.

    Standard Delivery

    Curbside delivery includes the delivery of the order to the nearest accessible for transport area and unloading of the order to ground level. All deliveries are executed during weekdays (Mo-Fri) working hours (8 am - 5 pm). Prior to delivery our customers usually get notified about coming delivery, therefore, this may not be guaranteed. Customer has full responsibility in checking the condition of the packaging on the arrival.

    Indoor (In-house) Delivery

    Indoor delivery features Curbside delivery + delivery of the goods inside the premises up or down a maximum of 2 flights and placing the order in the room of choice.

    White Glove Delivery service

    White Glove Delivery includes curbside delivery, indoor delivery in the room of choice, assembly and cleanup

    Assembly Our delivery team will setup the furniture product if the it requires assembly. Please check carefully the conditions of the goods after assembly. After the delivery slip is signed with “perfect condition”, no claims can appear on the order.

    Clean-Up. After the products are delivered and assembled, our delivery team will remove all the debris, including packaging and all furniture leftovers after the assembly to the designated area.

    Canadian customers

    For Canadian destination orders we do not provide white glove service nor inside delivery. On such orders we apply additional $299 fee per item. Canadian shipments may be subject for additional fees related to border crossing, which are not included in price. It is sole responsibility of the customer to pay these fees as well as to clear the order thought the customs.

    Courier Delivery

    If your order is eligible for courier delivery, it will be shipped by one of the courier services.

    In the most cases, courier delivery provides doorstep service. Courier services usually do not notify recipients before delivery. Please check the information about the delivery times and estimated arrival with tracking number provided by courier service. Shipping and courier delivery costs are already included in the price.
